This website has no contact form, advertising pixels, analytics scripts, cookies, or browser storage added by Grandma Edith Cooks. Its images and fonts load without a separate image or font service.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever information you choose to send. We use that information to answer questions and handle support or refund requests. Please do not send card details or sensitive health information.

Purchases through Gumroad

Checkout and digital delivery are handled by Gumroad. Gumroad collects payment and order information under its privacy policy. We may receive order details, such as your name, email address, purchase, and refund status, to provide the product and support. This website does not collect your card details.

Hosting and retention

When the website is published, its hosting provider may process technical request information such as IP addresses for delivery and security. The final policy will identify the hosting setup. Support and order records will be kept only as needed to provide service and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements.

Your information

Email us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information we hold about you. Some records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons. Requests about information Gumroad holds should also be directed to Gumroad.
